Week 3

Goodness if time isn't flying by. Already week 3 and I can't keep up. Besides my class assignments and getting comfortable with my chosen topic for my final paper. I'm in the process of moving. Not all that far about 20 or so minutes away, but all of the in between is challenging. I am withdrawing my sons from the school their are presently attending and registering them tomorrow in the school in our district. Its going to be the first time they have to wear uniforms..lol..I have heard many great things about this new school they will be attending. You know when it comes especially to your children, you want to know as much as possible. I'm excited about this new change, just hope I can stay on top of my game in my own classes.
Well  I've got to go, have an assignment in human diseases and conditions I have to get started on. Til next week :)

Second Post

Well what a week! This second week of classes seems pretty easy so far. There hasn't been anything major required of us and I admit that I thought writing 2 was going to be a challenge. Maybe my opinion will change in the weeks to follow as we have a new professor and havent had a live class with her yet.
On our disussion for the week we were supposed to come up with two topics, do three searches, modifying each search, using the college library. I didn't get many resources but will try the .org and .gov later.
I dont really have much more to " blog" about referring to the writing class. As for my other class Diseases of the Human Body- I have a paper due by tuesday...Yipee!

First post

Today was the first day back to college classes. I am taking my second writing class and we are required to learn how to set-up a blog account, posting weekly. I was told that we could type pretty much whatever comes to mind so I suppose this will take on the form of a journal. I hope what I learn from this is being able to freewrite and brainstorm over ideas. Writing does seem as technical as algebra at times. lol Tonights class was basically like all first day classes, a quick overview of the expectations and on with weekly topics. So heres my first blog.
I am interested at what this is going to look like at the end of 10 weeks ;)
